Had an odd morning. I set the alarm to get me up at 7 AM so I could log-on to Southwest.com and get my A-1 seating card. As soon as that was done I went back to bed.
An hour or so goes by and I start to have a work dream. The sound of my GPS telling me to turn left is very vivid. I roll over and hear Carolyn make a sound. I wake up slightly and figure my movement woke her up....but something isn't right. Usually I'm the kind of guy who wakes up extremely aware of my surroundings, so I'm able to pick up on her inflection.
I ask if anything's wrong and she tells me she heard the GPS talking. That shouldn't be possible...the GPS is in the case I got for it. I look at my bedside shelf...nope that's the blue case...it's in the red one...in the suitcase at the foot of the bed. I get up, open the suitcase, and see the case glowing red. The GPS did get turned on somehow and again tells me to turn left as I try to turn it off.
I don't know where it wanted me to go, but I was turning right back into bed!
