Effects of Encumbrance and Armor on Movement and Combat

I've posted this on the KenzerCo forum boards specifically for inclusion in an upcoming HackJournal. Until such time (if/when) it gets published, I thought I'd make it available here. All it does is chart out multiple rules to make things quicker & easier. Sorry, but instructions won't be forthcoming. If you need to understand it a bit better, please feel free to buy a HackMaster Player's Handbook and look up the rules on encumbrance and movement.
