I don't know about your work process, but I like to have something going on in the background. For me it is usually a movie on Netflix I've seen a couple of times. I can follow along a little bit in my head, but not enough to be distracting....except for when it is. Looking up to watch a cool scene can be a welcome distraction.
Some folks like working "out and about" and
this webpage is designed to mimic that. The idea is to play your music just a bit louder than the background din of the fake coffee shop being replicated.
I find this interesting and if it helps you get your work done, all the better.
